I am an accredited transformational coach, mindfulness practitioner, ethical organisational consultant, wellbeing expert and facilitator. I coach, consult, and train both private and public sector clients in the UK.

Early in my career I learned the need for compassionate thinking and emotional intelligence in order to be successful. This is why I became a Transformational Coach.

I believe sustainable success happens when we take ownership of difficulty and develop new strengths to stand alongside older ones. My identity as a coach rests on my warmth, reliability, ability to reflect and a commitment to ethical progress.

I have supported entrepreneurs and start-ups, helped people in transition, executive coached managers within multinational and NGOs. I have also worked in schools, local authorities, and provided wellbeing coaching for staff within an engineering company.

As a dyscalculic gay man living with both fibromyalgia and PTSD I have an interest in, though not had an exclusive focus with ‘outsiders.’ My key areas of expertise are transition, grief, identity, burnout, career choice, leadership development and resilience. My key strengths are deep listening, emotional awareness, and an ability to help others plan and measure their progress. I work flexibly.
